General Service Policy: SparkClean's estimates include the cost of cleaning and dusting products.  SparkClean will, at your request, use your own products, however SparkClean will not modify the original pricing. Service durations are only estimates and may vary on case by case basis. Please make sure that car washing is permitted at the office property. SparkClean is an environmentally conscious company and will ensure that a minimal amount of water is used.

 

Cancellation Policy: A 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment online.  For last minute cancelations simply call or text us. NO FEES INCURRED! 

 

Payment Policy: Payment is required at completion of services. Accepting cash and check (NSF checks will be charged a $35 fee).  Tips are welcome and encouraged.

       - We apologize the inconvenience as credit cards are no longer accepted. All credit cards have a chip, the merchant requires a chip reader on-site and a mobile phone to connect to, and its unaffordable and complicated for our crews to operate.

 

Claims of any damage caused during a cleaning must be reported within two calendar days (48 hours) after the date and time of the original appointment. All claims will be resolved based on the merits of the claims investigation. Proof of damage and original value of the damaged item(s) is required; claims will not be considered or processed without detailed documentation. SparkClean does not guarantee replacement or reimbursement for 100% of the original cost of any damaged items. SparkClean will determine the fair market value of the item(s) based on the date of purchase and original cost of the item (proof required). If sufficient proof cannot be provided, SparkClean can reimburse up to 25% of the cost of a similar/replacement item. Our team will be in touch with you as soon as possible following receipt of your claim. Please notify our team immediately if there are any updates or changes to your claim after it has been filed. Please refrain from purchasing any replacement items or services without notifying SparkClean first, purchasing any replacement items or services makes any claim null and void.
